The school is focusing on helping children to develop the relevant knowledge and skills of Russian language, culture and traditions as well as self-confidence, hands-crafting and creativity.

Class Structure & Admission Requirements

Bronze Award

Junior Group (3-5 years old)

Various levels of Russian languages skills taught for 8+ age also with the aim of preparation for GCSE level of Russian language. Please get in touch to register

Adult Group

We also run Russian language classes for adults who wish to learn Russian as a second language.

Russian School Programme & Syllabus

The school day consists of 3 lessons of 35 min each. There are also 2 brakes of 5 and 10 min when children have their snack.

During the reading and writing lessons the main accent falls on the alphabet and grammar while taking into account the different levels of comprehension of the young pupils. The teacher uses various ways to demonstrate and memorize: tables and charts with the letters and syllables, pictures, soft toys, special cubes. The atmosphere of the game at the lessons for the youngest and the competition for the older pupils engages them to participate, and to make the process of learning the language an interesting journey

Russian Grammar

Lessons include alphabet, reading, writing and grammar.

Russian Language in  practise

A fully qualified professional teacher with specialist subjects of Pedagogical, Methodological and Psychological studies of children's development (from birth to the end of primary school age).

Graduated from University in 1999 and I hold a degree in Teaching in the Primary School and as a Nursery Leader of Childcare in Nurseries. Strong practical experience from work in Nurseries, Schools and as a Private Tutor to children and adults. OFSTED registered and a member of NCMA, CRB checked.
